1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RentPoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years of age and no more than 75 years of age and hold a valid driving licence. Additional driver-age policies, licence requirements, deposits, or surcharges may apply. Unless a booking-specific policy says otherwise, refundable deposits are paid at pickup/counter by cash or card and unlimited mileage is included.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations can be made online or by contacting our team. Free cancellation up to 15 days before pickup unless a booking-specific policy says otherwise.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and rental restrictions. The renter is responsible for any fines, tolls, penalties, loss, or damage incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Liability

Rentals may include basic Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) or other protection products as stated at booking. The renter remains liable for deductibles, exclusions, and optional coverage choices shown in the booking flow or rental agreement.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles should be returned with the agreed fuel or charge level. Refuelling or recharging charges may apply if the vehicle is returned below that level.

7. Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you need to extend your rental period.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to process your rental, meet legal obligations, and improve our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
